Fill quantity control according to the prepackage regulation

The prepackage regulation regulates all requirements for prepackages up to 10 kg filling weight, which have to be considered by the manufacturer.
In principle, it is obligatory that all products that are placed on the market are tested for content and that these tests are documented.

Soehnle Industrial Solutions offers with its continuous scales and the new application "Fill quantity control" in terminal 3035 the ideal solution for the inspection of products according to the prepackage regulation. The products can be efficiently weighed and tested within the production process. Only the target weight of the product must be stored and the tolerance limits according to regulation are set automatically. This means that products that are not within the tolerance window can be discharged directly. In addition, there is a possibility of evaluating the produced batch by means of statistics which can be easily called up. This data can be transferred directly online to IT systems via interfaces or backed up on a USB stick.
